I'm afraid to tell you it is really extremely hard to give even a rough quote without knowing the kind of materials you are expecting to use.
What I would suggest doing is roughly quantifying the main parts of the structure in terms of wall, roof and floor construction, take these numbers to your local builders merchants and they will put prices to them for you add around 5% for fixings and another 10% for contingency and you should be somewhere near.
Builders in the UK roughly work at £100 per square foot (not sure of current conversion) where 60-70% would be materials, but obviously levels of detail, floor to ceiling heights etc all come into effect.
Hope this helps. _________________ James Pegg
