This is an excallent example of using a computer as a tool to "shape" a concept. I'm struck by the night view...it's stunning. But the strength of the concept is something to be debated...but that's what's good about it: there's enough visual rpesnettaion to debate something that too often ends up being difficult to express. Of course the one thing that comes to my mind is hurricane resistance. The site work on that job will cost the tax payers quite a bit...I see a new subsidized waterfront stadium instead.
