Hi All, What do you think of the following packages: Solidworks 2007 ProEngineer wildfire 2 3d studio max What improvements do you think could be made to exisiting CAD package? Antisthenes Joined: 28 Nov 2006 Posts: 756 Location: Phoenix	Posted: Tue Dec 12, 2006 10:16 am    Post subject: I got what I want in Rhinoceros 4 (it's in beta) Solidworks and ProE are not for architecture made 3dsmax is draconian but mainstay, haven't had to use it in a while (see above) what I see next as far as improvements would be to start over and ditch the AutoCAD 10 code next generation will be less restrictive BIM with more focus on energy modeling. _________________ The most necessary/useful piece of learning is that which unlearns what is untrue: 'evil' may be acquired, Happiness through virtue which is based on knowledge!/?
