May I have a general view on how much will be the cost for renovate an vacant house with 18 years on double storeys terrace.
Reno needed for:
- extend masterbed room
- extend the back rooms (max) with sharing 1 bathroom
- extend living hall
- change all to tiles
- auto-gate
- kit cabinet
- on 2nd flr, demolise the common toilet and turn it be study/working place
- Chg pipe/electricity wiring |
